If your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not satisfied with our chocolates or other products, just return them to us for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Our Guarantee applies to products bought via the web site www.danschocolates.com or via 800-800-DANS. Any request or problem must be submitted within 30 days of the date of order. Please note that the product must be returned for the guarantee to apply.
If chocolate is not returned to us but there is a problem we may elect, at our sole discretion, to replace all or part of the shipment or to correct the problem in a reasonable way.
