WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE
During the order process, you choose the date in which you would like your chocolates to arrive. When choosing your arrival date please remember:

We deliver Monday through Friday. Delivery on Saturday is also available for an additional cost.

If you are placing an order and want it to be shipped out the same day, the order must be placed by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Here at Dan's we know that it is important for our customers to know where their package is. That is why we do the following that will enable you to track your package:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive e-mail from Dan's thanking you for your order. Your order number will be in this e-mail, please refer to this number if you contact us about your order.

You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This email will have your tracking number.

You will receive a third email once your order has been delivered.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason notify us one day prior to shipping (via our web-based customer service application) and we'll make the proper adjustments. Unfortunately, orders placed and shipped out on the same day cannot be changed or cancelled.
