I love your chocolates, as do all my family when they get a box at the holidays. However your website is difficult for ordering and sending to different addresses. And where are the addresses from last year?!?
Maybe I'm just technologically-impaired, but it has to be easy or some of us will move on!

No Dan's Chocolates this year--can't even place my order online using the discount and shipping info I received in the mail. Cannot place an order by phone, nor can I speak with a human being about placing an order. I've ordered Dan's for several years now, but I guess last year was the last. Have they gotten too big to give service?

Damn it DAN! I wasn't going to buy these this year because well, I can't stay out of them. I eat what I was going to give as a gift and then order more...again and again. These are the best -period and a great bargain (unless you factor in the larger jeans I need to buy after the holidays). You are so wise Dan, to lure me with that sample and away I go...click a couple of times and I have sweetened my family and friends too. Happy Holidays DAN!!!
This is my third order in 4 months (all have been the bulk truffles). I have been very pleased with the quality, shipping speed and customer service. My first order was to make favors for a wedding renewal party-everyone loved the truffles. My second and third order of truffles have been used as hostess gifts. I got tired of trying to figure out what wine to buy as a hostess gift and figured a box of good quality chocolates would please everyone. I simply box up 20 truffles and have a tasty, lovely gift. For $25.00, I get 3 hostess gifts. Can't beat the price or the quality of the chocolate. I have bought the blueberry port wine truffles twice as they have been a hit with our friends. Ordered four flavors. One was out of stock so they sent me another flavor with dark chocolate which I don't like. One tray wasn't shrink wrapped properly,so it was literally crawling with ants. Possibly from the UPS driver just tossing the box on my front yard. The other three trays were pristine.
Dan's chocolate candies taste good, look enticing, and there are so many varieties to choose from! Ordering on line is very user friendly, and you can have your meaningful photo put on the box, making the gift so special!
Furthermore, the price is so reasonable!
I have used Dan's a couple times now. Once for a personal gift and once for bulk chocolates for my wedding.
Both times the ordering process was a piece of cake. For the bulk order, I was able to get exactly what I wanted and it didn't take long for shipping and was packaged perfectly for the weather (late summer).
I will come back to them as their chocolates are yummy and everyone enjoyed them.

I have been ordering for a while now and you changed color the pink icing on the raspberry truffles which really made a difference in eye appeal and sales. The color was richer and the striping was bolder. I guess bold colors really do matter. Not to mention they are decadent.
